Beginning a new fitness regime can feel intimidating. Ease your mind with a complimentary consultation. We'll discuss your questions, physical abilities, and goals.

MEMBERSHIP

After establishing we're a good fit for you, we'll select the fitness regime for your success.

HEALTH HISTORY

Complete the required New Member Forms to help us provide you with a safe experience.

PAYMENT

Lastly, we'll coordinate payment so you can focus on the important stuff, like reaching your goals.

ELECTRONICS REQUIREMENTS

  • You may use your smart phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer (with a webcam attached).

 

  • You must have internet access.

  • Our Live Classes utilize the Zoom application. You may have to download the app if it is not on your device.

  • Our On Demand videos play from the YouTube platform. No app is required.

LOGGING IN

  • Log into the Members Area up to 10 minutes before a scheduled class begins.

  • Click the "Join Class" icon and wait to be admitted.

DURING CLASS

  • If you have a noisy background, please mute your electronic device.

  • For best results, workout at your own abilities and slightly above.

   

  • If you ask for an alternative exercise, you'll get it! 

  • Lastly, have fun and chat with someone across the globe!

Prepare for  Studio Attendance

STUDIO LOCATION

  • Street Parking.

  • Not wheel chair accessible. You must be able to walk 1 set of stairs using 2 handrails and/or walk a hill.

  • No locker room is available.

  • Coat racks and open shelves are available for purses and bags. We are not responsible lost or missing items.

ARRIVAL

  • Be changed and ready to workout before arrival.

 

  • Arrive up to 10 minutes before class begins.  

  • Wear your street shoes and plan to change into clean athletic shoes at entrance or no shoes, depending upon instructions.

ENTRANCE

  • Signage on building let's you know where to enter. 

  • Expect to enter at the front door during inclement weather and during the winter.  Use studio entrance the remainder of time.

WORKING OUT

  • All equipment is provided.

  • Optional accessories: 

    • A pair of gloves for suspension training. 

    • A mat for knees sensitive to kneeling on the floor.
