SOLO  (1 person) 
Recieve individualized attention from your trainer while striving towards your goals. 

PARTNER (2-3 people)

Training with a friend is a great way to connect, hold each other accountable, and split the costs. This session with your trainer and friend is ideal if the both of you share similar goals.

Exercise Prescription
Custom Programs To-Go

  • If you prefer to workout out independently but don't know how to attain your goals, we can help!

  • Receive:

  1. A comprehensive initial appointment for goal setting

  2. An exercise program to use as prescribed.  You take the program with you to practice anywhere you want.

  3. A new exercise program every 6-8 weeks to prevent plateaus and boredom.​

After a comprehensive initial appointment, you will receive an exercise prescription (program) to practice anywhere you want. Every 6-8 weeks you will receive a new exercise prescription to prevent plateaus and boredom.​

Small Group Fitness



We exercise with Ang to make sure we stay mobile for traveling and playing with our grandkids. 

My husband and I repeated the same vacation we took 4 years ago.  I was discouraged I couldn't complete the same hike I once did.  I was also beginning to have a hard time getting up from the floor.  When we told Ang we had no plans to move again, she made suggestions to make our home more senior-friendly. Ang helps us with balance, increasing our heart rate, and strength training for getting down and up from the floor. We can tell already the exercises will help us to continue to live independently.  Ang coming to our home is the highlight of the week.
