Receive individualized attention from your trainer while striving towards your goals.
PARTNER (2-3 people)
Training with a friend is a great way to connect, hold each other accountable, and split the costs. This option is ideal if the both of you share similar goals.
Blending current abilities with new skills, each fitness regimine is created by a B.S., certified Exercise Physiologist.

A comprehensive initial appointment for goal setting
An exercise prescription (program) to use as prescribed. You take the program with you to practice anywhere you want.
A new exercise program every 6-8 weeks to prevent plateaus and boredom.
Each exercise prescription is created by a B.S., certified Exercise Physiologist
Any Routine on Your Time
Reserve studio time to workout at your convenience.

This Trial Service is currently available for Clients; Client's Family and Friends; and to the Oakbrooke Neighborhood.
We exercise with Ang to make sure we stay mobile for traveling and playing with our grandkids.
My husband and I repeated the same vacation we took 4 years ago. I was discouraged I couldn't complete the same hike I once did. I was also beginning to have a hard time getting up from the floor. When we told Ang we had no plans to move again, she made suggestions to make our home more senior-friendly. Ang helps us with balance, increasing our heart rate, and strength training for getting down and up from the floor. We can tell already the exercises will help us to continue to live independently. Ang coming to our home is the highlight of the week.
