Who We Are

Angela (Ang) Croisant, B.S., ACSM-EP-C

Angela Croisant, founder of Become Wellness, has worked in the fitness and wellness industry for 18 years. Ang earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Fitness Management and Wellness Promotion. She is a certified Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM-EP-C). Also from the American College of Sports Medicine, Ang's credential as an Exercise is Medicine Professional® (ACSM-EIM) allows her to work one-on-one with your health care practitioner for a well-rounded medically approved exercise program.

For specialized training of this population, Ang became a Seniors Fitness Specialist, Certified Seniors Group Fitness and Balance Instructor and has additional training from the Arthritis Foundation for land and water-based group exercise classes.

Interest in fitness for the aging population began while Ang worked in a hospital-based setting; her most lively, spirited clients were ages 67 to 89 years old. Ang later worked in resort and corporate based settings, while holding her past clients close to her heart. Ang was inspired by them to specialize in the 50+ year old population; a group that not only values quality living but has seemingly been forgotten by the fitness industry.

Ang provides valuable guidance and offers fitness programming that fits within today’s busy lifestyle. Ang looks forward to helping you improve your health and physical abilities, so you may remain independent and live a quality life as you age.
