Selecting Your Class
Considerations
Classes use a variety of functional exercises aimed to ensure participants can peform activities of daily living. Expect to work on:

balance

flexibility
-
strength
-
cardiovascular endurance
Classes are inclusive to ALL participants regardless of physical skill and abilities.

Modifications of exercises for varying abilities is offered in all classes.

If you have concerns, contact us to discuss which classes will work for you.
If you are unable to stand for up to 30 minutes or unable to get down to the floor and back up, consider one of these 3 options prior to joining a drop-in class:

Schedule a Personal Training session so we may focus on improving upon these skills first.

Join our Specialty Fitness Program to gain the skills necessary to join the drop-in classes.
Classes can be held indoors or outdoors.

Class Intensity Rating System
RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion)

A class's RPE reflects the effort or intensity you should put into the class.

Use our RPE meter to identify class intensity.
