Small Group Training - Eagan
A one-hour class designed for the unique needs of older adults desiring to remain active. Each class will consist of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and balance exercises. Exercises aim to:
Reduce the risk of falling during activities of daily living
*Modifications provided for all exercises.*
Wednesdays 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Dates include: Nov 7, 14, 21, 28 and Dec 5, 12, 19
7 sessions in November and December for $157.50
