Registration is Now Open for Fitness Classes & Seminars from Sept-Dec 2016

Balance & Brains:  Designed for the unique needs of older adults who desire to remain active and value being agile and mentally sharp. (Morning class)
Your Core, Pelvic Floor & More!:  Designed for both men and women, this 45 minute class strengthens your abdominals, lower back and pelvic floor muscles.

Fresh Start to Exercise Seminar: This two-part, interactive seminar series will provide you with skills needed to get you exercising more confidently. 
Healthy Eating for 50+ Seminar: Nutritional needs change with age and health; learn ways to implement healthier food choices.

Go4Life was created by the National Institute on Aging at NIH as the Nation’s premier Federal effort to encourage older adults to increase their level of physical activity.

Join me at this free event sponsored by Elder Resources Association, featuring services for older adults and caregivers.  
Become Wellness will be offering free flexibility, strength and/or coordination screenings. Also, put your name into a drawing for FREE Personal Training sessions!

We are a member of the Elder Resource Association (ERA). The ERA is a group of local professionals dedicated to improving the lives of seniors. 
The ERA holds a free annual Spring Aging & Wellness Expo and publishes an annual Resource Guide, featuring services and senior housing south of the Minnesota River.
