Core and Pelvic Floor™ 1 hour
Designed for both men and women in mind, this class will help strengthen your abdominals, lower back and pelvic floor muscles. Men and women are at risk of weak pelvic floor muscles and this class aims to improve. Benefits of a strong pelvic floor include:
