Bootcamp 1 hour
Join fitness boot camp to get the most of your time and energy in one workout. Classes will include calisthenics, body weight exercises, interval training and strength training. Designed with exercises and fun equipment that will make you feel both like an athlete and a kid again. Modification can be provided for any exercise.

Fitness To Go™ 1 hour
This fitness class is like no other. Attend this Fitness Accountability Program and recieve a new 30-minute fitness video weekly. Exercises will include cardiovascular activity, strength training and stretches. Your video will be delivered after class via email in video format; practice per instruction. Fitness programs will utilize fitness equipment and/or items that you probably already have in your home!
